Cream Liqueur Cocktail Innovation by Jonathan Pogash, the Cocktail Guru

Modern Espresso Martini
1 1/2 oz Café O’Joy (or coffee cream liqueur)
1 oz vodka of choice
1 oz fresh espresso
1/2 oz orange liqueur
Method: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into martini or coupe glass.
Garnish: bitters in fancy design
Rough Surf
2 oz Melon Coco Breeze (low pH)
1 oz gin of choice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Method: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish: melon slices on a skewer
(**Also great frozen)
Land of Siam
2 oz Lemongrass Ginger
1 oz light rum of choice
1/2 oz Amaro
Method: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into martini or coupe glass.
Garnish: shiso leaf
French Bisous
3 oz coco melon (low-ph) (silver)
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz creme de cassis
Soda Water
Method: Shake ingredients (except for soda) very well with ice and strain over ice into a tall glass. Slowly add soda water to top and stir briefly.
Garnish: dried citrus wheel (lemon, lime or orange, if available)
Jack Rabbit Punch
2 oz Melon Coco Breeze (low pH)
1 1/2 oz applejack or calvados
1 1/2 oz apple cider or cloudy apple juice
1/2 oz home made grenadine
Method: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg and apple slice
