Customer Order Management Officer

We are looking for a disciplined and dedicated individual with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong team and a fast-growing business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end order processing of our customer orders and invoicing, and have close relationships with our sales team and operations team. You will be managing all day-to-day interactions with our customers.
What will you do?:
- Receiving purchase orders from customers & processing orders into the ERP system and confirming internally and externally.
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding any changes to their orders.
- Assisting Sales Managers with gathering & maintaining customer forecasts.
- Providing customers with an overview of upcoming orders and providing guidance during peak demand periods.
- Filing & organization of documents.
- Sending final invoices to customers.
- Working together with our Customer Service team to deliver appropriate documents/licenses.
- Working closely with the Finance team to monitor customer credit limits and terms.
- Assisting the Sales team in the account management of customers.
